Enable Headset Memory Mode on Polycom phones

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Basic.
  4. Select Preferences.
  5. Select Headset.
  6. Select Headset Memory Mode.
  7. Select the box next to Enabled.

Place a test call to ensure that this feature has been enabled.

Enable EHS for Plantronics headsets on Polycom phones

EHS must be enabled depending on the headset brand and model to be used.

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Go to Settings.Select Basic.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Select Headset.
  5. Select Electronic Hookswitch.
  6. Select Yes at the prompt to reboot your phone.

Place a test call after the phone has rebooted to ensure that this feature has been enabled.
