Redcentric will only apply patches applicable to the Managed Server Operating System. Redcentric will work with the customer during deployment of the managed servers to define patching groups and maintenance windows.

Redcentric recommends following best practice; Managed Servers should be patched regularly, where practical ideally once a month and at most every three months.
