When logging a ticket for a Cellular fault, the below information will assist our engineers investigations and prevent any delays:
- Are any lights currently visible on the device?
- If no, can we check the device in a known working power outlet? If yes what’s the current status of the lights? (Colour, blinking, solid, off)
- Is the SIM card correctly installed? The SIM should be inserted into Slot 1 with the contacts face down.
- Are the Antenna(s) connected correctly? If you only have one antenna this should be connected to the WWAN Primary connector.
