Customers can arrange for delivery of hardware / kit to any of our Datacentres. To do this, a Support Ticket must be logged via the MyServices Portal advising on the size of the parcel and the expected delivery date.
Please note, the reference number of the Support Ticket must be included on each package – failure to do so may result in the delivery being turned away.
If you wish for the package(s) to be held for a prolonged period, charges may apply.
