🎯 Steps to Create a Holiday Schedule in Unity

1. Log in to the Unity Portal

   • Use your administrator credentials to access the portal 
   • • Goto Profile > Schedules

2. Add a New Schedule

   • Click Add.
   • Enter a name for the schedule (e.g., “Bank Holidays”).
   • Select Holiday as the schedule type.
   • Click OK.

3. Add Events to the Holiday Schedule

   • Click Add Event.
   • Enter a descriptive Event Name (e.g., “Christmas Day”).
   • Set the start and end date/time.
   • If the holiday recurs (e.g., annually), set the recurrence pattern.
   • Click OK to save the event.

4. Apply the Holiday Schedule

   • Assign the holiday schedule to features like:

     • Auto Attendant (to trigger after-hours or holiday menus)
     • Call Forwarding Selective
     • Call Centers

   • Holiday schedules override business or after-hours schedules when active
