🔄Overview
Service Packs are predefined bundles of features designed to simplify service provisioning and ensure consistency across users. Each service pack is tailored for a specific function or user role for example:
- Hotdesking – for users who log in to shared phones
- Collaboration Softphone – for users needing integrated voice and messaging tools
- Standard – for general telephony users with basic calling features
- Call Center – for agents and supervisors with advanced call handling.
These packs streamline deployment by grouping relevant features into a single, manageable configuration.
