This document will outline the necessary setup steps to connect Sippio Direct Routing to Microsoft Teams.
NOTE: 8 Temporary ‘Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account License’. are require in order to proceed with the configuration.
Navigate to the https://panel.sippio.io or to the https://app.voicepanel.io web page.
If this is your first time using Voice Panel, click the Accept Consent link before selecting the Sign In button. Otherwise, simply click Sign In.
Ensure you authenticate using a Microsoft SSO account with a natively assigned Global Administrator role.
Select Your Account
From the home screen, Click on platform “Microsoft teams”
You might be prompted to login with you office365 Admin Account.
Once logged in to the voice panel.
To enable redundancy, select the UK and Germany checkboxes, then click Continue Setup.
The wizard will process the customer’s setup, and after approximately 5 minutes, you should see the following page.
Click Done, and the customer’s Teams Server will now have routing configured to Redcentric’s Broadsoft Platform. The users have been added to the Voice Panel, and the UK Voice Routing policy is now available for assignment.
