This PST file is used to bulk import data you have supplied into our provisioning system to aid a more streamlined delivery process. It is split into 5 tabs, all colour coded:
Red = Mandatory/Required,
Orange = If Available,
Green = Nice to Have.
1. Groups Sheet
Purpose: Defines each customer location or site group. If a new group is required on Unity, please complete this tab
Key Fields Explained:
• GroupID – Unique identifier used to link data across all sheets.
• Group Name – The friendly name of the group or site.
• Domain – Domain used for service configuration.
• Calling Line ID Group Number – Outbound CLI for the group.
• SLC / Contact Details / Address – Used for service records and support reference.
• Notes – Optional extra information.
📘 2. Numbers Sheet
• Purpose: Lists the number ranges allocated to each group. If you are porting any numbers to Redcentric, enter the start and end for each range. The format is E164 (drop the 0 and add 44).
Key Fields:
• GroupID – Must match a GroupID from the Groups sheet.
• From / To (E164) – Start and end of allocated number range.
• Type – Identifies whether numbers are new, ported, DDI ranges, etc.
3. Services Sheet
Purpose: Defines services that will be provisioned at group level.
Examples include: Hunt Groups, Auto Attendants, Voice Portal
Key Fields:
• Service Type & Name – Identifies the service being created.
• CLID Names – Outbound CLI presentation.
• New / Ported Numbers – Numbers linked to the service.
• Extension – Internal extension.
• Group Policy & Enhancements – Specifies behaviours and optional packs.
📘 4. CallCentres Sheet
Purpose: Used only for call centre services (Basic/Standard/Supervisor/Premium).
Fields mirror the Services sheet, but specific to Call Centre provisioning.
📘 5. Users Sheet
Purpose: Defines all end-users, their numbers, devices, service packs, and features.
Key Fields:
• GroupID – Assigns users to sites.
• First/Last Name & CLID Names – User identity and outbound CLI.
• UserID / Email / Mobile – Identity and login details.
• Ported/New/Alternate Numbers – Number assignment.
• Extension & Department – Internal configuration.
• NCOSLevel – Call restrictions.
• Passwords / Passcodes – Optional or autogenerated if blank.
• Features – VoiceMail, Call Waiting, CFA, Akixi, Call Recording, CLI Policies.
• Device Type – Device provisioning.
• Location & Location Profile – Emergency location/feature settings.
✔️ How to Use the Template Successfully
1. Start with Groups – These IDs must exist before referencing them anywhere else.
2. Add Number Ranges – Ensure numbers do not overlap and are in E164 format.
3. Define Services – Hunt groups, auto attendants, or call centres.
4. Add Users Last – Assign numbers, devices, and service packs.
5. Do Not Modify the Settings Sheet – It is used by the system for validation.

💡 Tips for Accurate Submission
• Ensure all GroupIDs match across sheets.
• Keep number formats consistent (always E164).
• Leave passwords/passcodes blank if you want them auto-generated.
• Use the Notes fields to add any special instructions.
