To answer a call on a Polycom VVX using a headset, simply press the headset button when an incoming call is detected.

Headset Memory Mode is ideal for users who frequently use a headset—especially those using one full-time or in permanent setups. With this feature, you can configure your phone to automatically route all incoming and outgoing calls through your headset. You can still switch to the handset or speakerphone at any time.
To use this feature, first enable and then activate Headset Memory Mode. Once activated, the indicator light flashes green for analog headsets, or blue for USB or Bluetooth headsets.
