Redcentric will monitor the server using a combination of SNMP and Windows Management Interface (WMI) for Windows servers.

Redcentric will monitor the managed server for:

• Processor = Alert if CPUBusyPercent  (All Day)>=90:Warning, 95:Error
• a_ravilious
• Memory = Alert if MemoryUtilizationPercent (All Day)>98:Warning, 99:Error, 99:Critical
• Disk = Alert if PercentUsed (All Day)>=91:Warning, 95:Error, 98:Critical
• Availability = Alert if UptimeSeconds (All Day)<=3600:Warning, 3600:Error

Customer may request (via a Support Ticket) alert thresholds for the above to be changed subject to the nature of the server/workload function.

Redcentric do not provide monitoring of customers own applications.
