To request an increase to storage, RAM, CPU or to add additional machine(s), please raise a Support Ticket with your requirements.
Following receipt of your request, an Account Manager will be in touch to confirm any contractual changes and/or billing amendments, which once approved will be carried out by an engineer.
Please note: Any requested changes are actioned during working hours, requests that require out of hours (OOH) work and/or reboots will be chargeable.
