These steps are specifically designed for customers using the Now Broadband Hub. For further support using 3rd party handsets, please contact your supplier.

• Make sure you’re connected to your home broadband network
• Open your browser and type 192.168.0.1 into your address bar.
• When prompted enter;
  • username: admin
  • password: <your WiFi password>
• Select the Advanced tab followed by ALG in the sub-menu
• Untick both boxes and select apply (read and accept notification)
• Finally, switch your Hub off and on
