🛠️ Onboarding Guide: Global Admin Details & Microsoft 365 Tenant ID
To complete your onboarding, we require the following information from your Microsoft 365 environment:
✅ Required Information
Email Address to Receive Welcome Email
This email address will receive your onboarding instructions. It must have access to a Global Administrator account in your Microsoft 365 tenant to complete the setup.- Microsoft 365 Tenant ID
🔍 How to Find Your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID
Follow these steps to locate your Tenant ID in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
Option 1: Using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Go to https://admin.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your Global Administrator account.
- In the left-hand menu, click Settings > Org settings.
- Select the Organization profile tab.
- Scroll down to find the Tenant ID under the Data location section.
Option 2: Using Azure Portal
- Go to https://portal.azure.com
- Sign in with your Global Administrator account.
- In the left-hand menu, click Azure Active Directory.
- Your Tenant ID will be displayed on the Overview page under Tenant information.

🔐 Granting Teams Access via Welcome Email
Once you receive your Welcome Email, follow these steps to complete the setup and grant access:
✅ Step 1: Open the Welcome Email
- Locate the Welcome Email sent to the email address you provided during onboarding.
- Click the URL link provided in the email. This will take you to the Call Reporting portal.

✅ Step 2: Log in to Call Reporting
- Use the link from the Welcome Email to access the portal.
- Log in using the account and authentication details provided in the Welcome Email.
✅ Step 3: Navigate to Telephony Server
- In the left-hand menu, go to Administration.
- Select Telephony Server.
- Choose your server from the list and click View.
✅ Step 4: Grant Admin Connect
- In the left-hand menu, click Communication.
- Click the Grant Admin Connect button.
- A Microsoft 365 login window will pop up.
- Log in with your Global Administrator credentials to authorize the connection.
