Redcentric’s mobile solution doesn’t automatically switch to the strongest available signal. The process of switching between Mobile-X(EE) and O2-UK needs to be manually performed on the user’s mobile handset. Below, you’ll find instructions on how to execute this switch.
These instructions have been created for Samsung Galaxy OS: One Ui Version 6.0, running Android 14.
This action is a one-time process to activate carrier roaming on your device.
- Navigate to your device’s settings and locate the search icon.
- Look for the search icon within the Settings app. It’s often represented as a magnifying glass, and then type in “SIM Toolkit.”

Upon viewing the search results, you should find the application labeled as “SIM Services,” which might be the equivalent term on specific devices. Click on “SIM Services” to access and configure the settings related to your SIM card.

Within “App info” click on “Open”.

Select “Multi IMSI”
- Click on “Select Mode”
- Select “Manual”
- Click on “GLOBAL 1”

- Upon viewing the search results, you should find the application labeled as “SIM Manager,” which might be the equivalent term on specific devices. Click on “SIM Manager” to access and configure the settings related to your SIM card.
- Select “Mobile Networks”
- Select “Network Operators”
- If your device has multi-able sim cards activated you need to select the sim.
- Remove “Select Automatically” by the toggle switch.
- Select your required operator. 02-uk or Mobile-X(EE)
