If you are leaving the service or require a copy of your call recordings, there are two available options:
Option 1: Self-Service Export (Free of Charge)
Customers can use the Dubber API to extract and download their own call recordings at no cost.
For guidance on using the API, please refer to the Dubber Getting Started Guide:
Please note: Call recordings remain available for download for 30 days after the contract end date. Redcentric does not provide support, guidance, troubleshooting, or scripting assistance for this export method. Customers are fully responsible for carrying out the export process themselves and should have the necessary API and scripting skills to utilise the Dubber API.
Option 2: Managed Export Service (Chargeable)
Redcentric can perform the extraction of call recordings on your behalf as a chargeable professional service.
Important considerations:
- Dubber imposes a download limit of 5,000 recordings per day.
- This limit cannot be increased.
- The time required to complete an export depends on the total number of recordings held.
- As an example, a customer with approximately 50,000 recordings would require around 10 working days to complete the export.
If you would like Redcentric to carry out the export, please contact your account manger for a quotation and estimated timescales.
