This normlay relates to firewall configuration issue
We request first that you disable SIP ALG within your router.

If SIP ALG can not be disabled within your firewall.
See: Change UDP to TCP
Mobile
“Phone Services are discounnected”

“Call Failed”
If using 4G or 5G Mobile network try changing UDP to TCP via Device tags
