Use the user’s passwords page to change a user password for the web portal / softphone or the voice portal. Note: a user can also change their password.
- On the Group’s profile menu page Click Users
- Click Search to display a list of users in your group or enter your search criteria
- Click Edit or any item on the row for the user
- Click Passwords
- Select the type of reset: “Set web access password” or “Set portal Password”. (“The Set portal password” button displays only for users with the Voice Messaging service.)
- Web Access = Web Portal / Softphone Login Password
- Portal Password = VoicePortal / Voicemail Login Passcode
- Type and retype the new Password/Passcode in the Reset Password text boxes
- To save your changes click Apply or OK
