Within the ComPilot portal

1. On the Group – Profile menu page Click Users
2. Click Search to display a list of users in your group
3. Click Edit or any item on the row for the user
4. If using webex softphone, Turn off IM&P
   1. Messaging Menu (Left Handside)
   2. Integrated IM&P, set to off
5. Go back to the users Profile.
6.  Edit the UserId or E-mail under “Additional Information”
   
   1. if changing userid click on “Change User ID (Also saves current screen data)”
7. To save your changes click Apply or OK
8. If using webex softphone, Turn On IM&P
   1. Messaging Menu (Left Handside)
   2. Integrated IM&P, set to On
