In order to use this feature you need to know the Extension Number of the service ie Call Center or Auto Attendant and also the portal password (Voicemail Pin), which is set within each service. This can be found under Password then select Set portal password. It will prompt you to change it on first login.
- Dial your Voice Portal
- Press *
- Enter Extension
- Enter Pin (Will prompt you to change on first login)
- When prompted press option to recording a new Announcement
- Record Message
- Press 1 to save
This has now been saved with in Announcement Repository for that Extension Service.

- Rename the recording, by editing it, then Save
- Assign as normal
