✅ Step 1: Unassign the Device from the User
- Log in to CommPilot using your service provider or group admin account.
- Navigate to: Users → Select the relevant user → Addresses.
- Select None.
- Click Apply or OK to save changes.
🟡 The device is now removed from the user profile, but still exists in the group.
✅ Step 2: Delete the Device from the Group
- From the main navigation, go to:
Services → Group → Group Devices or Access Devices. - Locate the device in the list by its name or MAC address.
- Click Delete next to the device.
- Confirm the deletion.
🗑️ This will permanently remove the device from the group and release any associated licensing or provisioning
