Do Not Disturb (DND) can be used to prevent calls from reaching a user’s handset. This feature can be activated directly from the handset by following the instructions below.

While DND is enabled, users can still make outbound calls as normal; however, they will not receive incoming calls, either directly or through a hunt group. Once DND is deactivated, incoming calls will be delivered as usual.
