The following configuration allows multiple physical handsets to be associated with a single BroadWorks user profile.
This is achieved through the use of custom BroadWorks tags, configured as follows:

The HS number in the tag name (for example, HS2) corresponds to the handset number. This can be adjusted to match the required handset (e.g. HS3, HS4, etc.).
