It is important to be aware of which diverts will be prioritised if multiple are in use.
The order of priority is:
- Call Forward Selective
- Call Forward Always
- Call Forward Not Reachable
- Call Forward Busy
- Call Forward No Answer
Any of the above services require the correct licenses applied.
From within the profile ie (User, Auto Attendant, Call Center or Hunt Group)
- Click Incoming Calls (Left Menu)
- Click Call Forward Always
- Enter the Phone Number
- Click On (to activate the feature)
- To save your changes click Apply or OK
