✅ Step 1: Unassign the Device from the User

1. Log in to Untiy Admin Portal using your service provider or group admin account.
2. Navigate to: Users → Select the relevant user → Addresses.
3. Select None.
4. Click Apply or OK to save changes.

🟡 The device is now removed from the user profile, but still exists in the group.

✅ Step 2: Delete the Device from the Group

1. From the main navigation, go to:
   Services → Group → Group Devices or Access Devices.
2. Locate the device in the list by its name or MAC address.
3. Click Delete next to the device.
4. Confirm the deletion.

🗑️ This will permanently remove the device from the group and release any associated licensing or provisioning
